The large red barn was constructed in 2010. It is 4800 square feet under roof and features cement slab floors and metal construction. Large metal sliding doors and barn fans provide plenty of circulation on this refreshing hilltop.
Inside the barn there is a galley area for food preparation. The prep area offers a refrigerator, cold water sink, and about 25 feet of clear countertop service. Ample electrical outlets give plenty of power for heating elements, coffee and blenders.
The large interior open space has a modest-sized bar. There is ample open floor space for just about any configuration of tables, chairs, dance floor, and more.
